Updates

Please note that when updates are loaded, any created formulas are deleted. This is not a tremendous concern as I only had 2 formulas. I'd be pretty upset if I had more loaded with the full version.

You're right, I hope that won't be the case in the future in less a backup/restore feature is added.

Hello

The database structure used to store the calculations was changed to support future changes. Any future updates of Go Figure will retain user calculations and settings.

My preference is to go through iTunes rather than updating the app on my iPhone.
So what I do is to open the store, choose apps, choose GoFigure and click on buy.
You should then, eventually see the option to download the app for free, as you previously purchased it.
Hope this helps

Actually I have similar problem but I don't think it is Apps On The Move's problem. I cannot update any application on my iPhone. I can buy new but if I try to install updates it fails. I must uninstall the app then reinstall with the new version. Of course I lose all my calculations. I think it would be nice to be able to backup a formula. An import and export kind of function. It would be helpful in the exchange of users calculations too!
Anyway, Apple support says this is a known problem on some iPhone 3G's and they are working to fix on the next firmware.. What makes my new iPhone 3G so special!? that I cannot update any program.
