INCLUDE function - nested headings

It would be useful to add a variable to the INCLUDE function to nest the headings in the included page by a specified number of steps. E.g. the nests page may start at level 1 (as a standalone page) but when included under a level 2 heading in another page, the first heading should be at level 3.
