Easy way to add images using wifi sharing?

Postby glucero0 » Fri Jul 31, 2009 1:46 pm

I tried pasting images or uploading them, but the Mac makes it so difficult (or impossible?) to find a path to a photo in iPhone I gave up. I don't want to have to save photos to another location just so I can upload them to Trunk Notes. Is uploading even supported?

How can I easily get photos out of iPhoto and into Trunk Notes without having to first sync them to my iPod Touch?

Thanks in advance,
Gary

Hello,

At the moment the only way is to add the images using the camera or the photo library. I will add a feature to the Wi-Fi Share mode to allow you to upload files directly to Trunk Notes. I will be submitting Trunk 1.9.0 to Apple in the next few days. So expect to see this feature in 2.0.0.

One extra caveat which I should have mentioned in the docs is that the images taken with the camera or the photo library are stored at only 320x480 pixels, not the original resolution of the image. This was done to speed up the loading of pages containing embedded images. However uploading files directly to Trunk would allow you to store whatever files you wanted without the files being modified by Trunk Notes.
